Dexnor's Limited Product Warranty and Related Policies

Limited Product Warranty

  • Coverage Period: 1 year from the delivery date.

  • Non-Transferable: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to a replacement product or subsequent orders.

  • Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, customers must fill out the Warranty Inquiry Form. Proof of purchase (valid order number) is required.

  • Replacement Policy:

    • One (1) free replacement for the same product and color.

    • If the replacement product is out of stock or discontinued, customers can exchange it for a product of equal value or request a refund (if within 30 days of purchase).

    • Multiple replacements are not covered under the warranty.

  • Void Warranty: The warranty becomes void after the coverage period, and no replacements will be provided after this period.


Limitation of Liability

Dexnor and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Direct, incidental, punitive, or special consequential damages.

  • Damages arising from the use or inability to use the product or installation applications.

  • Damages based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or other legal theories.

  • Online purchases, listing content, or transactions through unauthorized or unapproved channels.

  • In jurisdictions where limitations or exclusions of liability are not allowed, Dexnor's liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law.

Exceptions to the Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • Unauthorized Purchases: Products bought through unauthorized resellers (e.g., retail stores, brokers, unauthorized online platforms).

  • Damage Due to Misuse: Accidents, abuse, drops, improper care, or maintenance. Self-injury or liability from handling the product. Use for purposes other than its intended purpose.

  • Theft: Loss due to stolen cases or criminal activity.

  • Device Damage: Damage to devices installed in Dexnor products (e.g., tablets, laptops, phones).

  • Water Damage: Dexnor products are not certified as "waterproof."

  • Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, cracks, or other cosmetic issues.

  • Weather Damage: Damage caused by heat, rain, wind, or natural objects.

  • Counterfeit Products: Products sold by unauthorized sellers or counterfeit distributors.

  • Color Preference Changes: Exchanges due to color discrepancies (monitor calibration may affect color representation).

  • Indirect/Direct Punitive Damages: Any damages arising from the use of Dexnor products.

Dispute Resolution Policy

Dexnor will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes with purchasers.
Customers must not initiate chargebacks or claims with their bank or creditor without:

  • Obtaining a special case claim number from Dexnor.

  • Providing proof of initial contact with Dexnor to allow for resolution.

General Notes

  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all warranty claims. Dexnor reserves the right to decline claims with insufficient documentation.

  • Non-Coverage: The warranty covers only Dexnor products, not devices or accessories used with them.

  • Trademark Protection: Counterfeit distribution is unlawful, and Dexnor will not honor claims for such products.
