Shipping method and shipping time
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on order processing time, weather conditions, and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center. Please allow more time!
Orders confirmed Monday-Friday will be shipped within 24 business hours. Orders confirmed on Saturday, Sunday, or a federal holiday will begin processing the next business day and ship within 48 business hours.
Our orders are usually delivered within 3-8 days (some countries may be longer, if you are unsure, please contact us to check). If the package does not arrive on time, you can contact us.

Duties and Taxes
Recipients of international shipments may be subject to such import taxes, duties, and charges, which are levied once the shipment arrives in the recipient's country. Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping. They are the responsibility of the customer and they will be assessed by your customs office on delivery.
Additional fees must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they will be, as customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs for more information.
When customs clearance procedures are required, delays beyond our original delivery estimates may result.
Customs** in some countries requires the importer of record to provide a certain form of identification before releasing the goods. You may need to provide an identification number, such as a unique identification number, RFC, CPF, or tax ID.
**Countries that may require an identification number include Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan and Turkey.
track your order
Once packaged and shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information at the email address used for purchase. It is your responsibility to track the package using the shipping confirmation number provided after the item has been shipped, as you will need to schedule a re-shipment or pickup after the first missed shipping attempt. This includes international packages and customs processes. Please note that any packages returned to our facility (eg incorrect mailing address, unpaid duties and taxes, unclaimed packages, etc.) will be refunded, but shipping charges will be deducted from shipping costs.
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct as we cannot change any information once the order has been placed.
If you choose to forfeit the shipment and/or fail to pay any assessed duties and/or taxes, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement, and you will be responsible for any re-shipment costs incurred.
urgent shipping
In order to consider expedited shipping, customers need to create a support ticket and request expedited shipping. In the support ticket, the customer must include their order number and how long it will take them to receive the package. Any expedited shipping must be paid prior to shipment.
Cancel
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order and will only be processed if your order has not been sent to our factory for fulfillment.
